Nancy and Peter Meinig Family Investigator in the Life Sciences

Chris Alabi has been named a "Nancy and Peter Meinig Family Investigator in the Life Sciences" in honor of the generous endowment created by Nancy '62 and Peter '61 Meinig to support the recruitment and retention of outstanding faculty in the life sciences. Chris was appointed this title based on his multidisciplinary research program that integrated biomolecular science, chemical synthesis, and engineering principles to solve problems beneficial to human health.
